We want you to be informed about the payment options available to you in our office. If you have any questions about your options, or our financial (account) policies, please ask. Please read these options carefully to find the one that is going to be most comfortable for you. Please note we can change the option choice any time prior to treatment starting.
You can pay your estimated portion after insurance contribution in full on the day of treatment. Please understand that there may be a residual balance after insurance has processed the claim for which you will be responsible.
You can pay the entire amount for services and have your insurance plan reimburse you directly. (HMO plans excluded)
You can use our in-house 3-payment option for your estimated portion. The 1st payment (1/3 of the estimated portion) will be due on the treatment date and you will leave either post-dated checks or a credit card number on file with the office for the remaining 2 payments due each consecutive month. (must provide qualifying information) Please understand that there may be a residual balance after insurance has processed the claim for which you will be responsible.
You can also secure 3rd party financing. We participate with the CareCredit & Springstone patient financing programs, which may allow you to have longer repayment options.
