Our Staff:
Tici is the Office Administrator for our practice. She has been with this office since 1996. She has been in the dental field since 1986, and is a graduate of the ABC School of Dental Assisting. In 2008 she achieved her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Science.
Starting her career as a chair side assistant, Tici was asked to fill in for an ill receptionist at one of her first offices. She discovered she enjoyed the front desk and has since worked as a receptionist, insurance coordinator and billing specialist. She does still occasionally work assisting the doctor chair side if needed.
Tici is the proud Mom of one child, one dog, one turtle as well as a reluctant roommate of several fish and one fiddler crab.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her son and extended family. The current favorite destination is Legoland.

Pam is a Registered Dental Assistant and insurance specialist for our practice since 2000. She has been in the dental field since 1990. She attended Grossmont College for her dental assistant degree.
She is married with one child. She also has two dogs and two cats. She is planning to return to college and continue her study in Spanish and would like to check off every item on her “bucket list”.
Outside the office, she practices and competes in Taekwondo with her daughter. She is a member of Gateway Church and currently teaches first grade Sunday school. She also enjoys various outdoor activities and traveling.
Pam loves her career because she enjoys the healthcare field, knowing that she can help care for people and make a difference. She enjoys seeing patients leave the office with a big smile.

We welcomed our receptionist, Teresa to our practice in March 2010. She has been working at the front office in the dental field since 1996. Teresa enjoys working with the public, providing excellent customer service and helping people not be fearful of the dentist. She loves working in a field that helps people to save their teeth, and believes that dentists are just as important to good health as physicians. She also worked as a retail clothing store manager for 10 years. Teresa has been married for 22 years and has a dog named Buddy, an Australian Shepard-Lab mix.
Outside the office, she enjoys doing crafts and belongs to a crafts club. She likes to make cigar box purses, jewelry and cards. Teresa also loves tent camping and goes several times a year. She loves to cook and create new dishes. Teresa is also a pyrotech and has done fireworks with Pyro-spectaculars co. for 11 years

Hi,
My name is Chris. I've been a periodontal hygienist here in this practice since 1985. I enjoy my profession. One of the things I enjoy about my job is talking and getting to know my patients.
I look forward to meeting you!

Nancy has been a hygienist for our practice since 1994. She has been working in the dental field since 1991. Nancy went to USC for her undergraduate studies, earning a B.S. in Biological Science. She attended dental school at Washington University in St. Louis, MO and earned her DMD. Nancy loves working with people and providing healthcare.
Nancy has one son who will be starting high school in September. Outside the office she enjoys going to her son’s baseball and football games. Nancy has a big family and enjoys getting together with them for barbecues on weekends and holidays.

Victoria is a dental assistant for our practice since September 2009. She has been in the dental field since 2000, and had her dental training in Chicago before moving to San Diego.
Victoria has one son who is the center of her life. Together they enjoy attending church activities and functions as well as exploring all the great outdoor fun San Diego has to offer.
Victoria loves being a dental assistant because she is a true “people person” who enjoys providing excellent care and support to her patients.

Kassy is one of our dental assistants. She joined our team in March 2011, and has been working in the dental field since 2009. She received her certificate from Grossmont Occupational Health Center. Kassy enjoys her job because she likes meeting new people and helping them achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. She has a red-eared slider named Timmy, 3 bettas and a fish tank. Kassy is also an avid food lover and loves to cook.

We are a dental practice devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of your smile using conservative, state-of-the-art procedures that will result in beautiful, long lasting smiles!
High Standards
A standard of excellence in personalized dental care enables us to provide the quality dental services our patients deserve. We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use restorative and cosmetic dentistry to achieve your optimal dental health. Should a dental emergency occur, we make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible.
Education & Prevention
As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide “dental health care” vs. “disease care”. That’s why we focus on thorough exams – checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, we’re also concerned about your health. A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.
Uncompromising Safety
Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
Training & Expertise
As your dental health professionals, we want you to be confident knowing that we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. We pride ourselves in providing the care you need to keep your smile healthy. To give you the best possible service and results, we are committed to continual education and learning. We attend dental lectures, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of new techniques, the latest products, and the newest equipment that a modern dental office can utilize to provide state-of-the-art dental care. Also, being members of various professional dental associations helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.
A Positive Experience
Building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success. We understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. Our entire team is dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized care and service to make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
We thank you for allowing us to take care of your dental needs and look forward to serving you.
Make an appointment today…..we’ll give you a reason to smile!
